NUVEM
Exploring colors and an adventurous form of play for children's by incorporating small light sources in kids imaginative plays.
NUVEM was designed to use colorful lightings to display multi colored shadows for kids to see and feel a different atmosphere from their normal play.
The project was inspired by Olafur Eliasson exhibition, Your Uncertain Shadow. The playfulness that shows within the shadows by the multitude of colors was the driving force to create a playful color light source for kids to explore.
The mechanics inside was done by LED strips going around the inside surface and connected to a on/off button in the back side. The color was added by a film and diffused with paper.
